Please choose the support level which fits best to your projects:
SUPPORT LEVEL II / REGULAR
This is standard for all listed prices (Web or price lists).
- FREE updates, voice- and email support and new versions of printed documentations, for a period of 1 year after most recent purchase. This includes new PPK releases as they become available
- Full 3 years of warranty for hardware
- Implementation support (assisted programming) on a fee-per-case base, time- and effort dependent.
- Hardware firmware updates for small nominal fee/unit
SUPPORT LEVEL I / PREMIUM
- FREE updates, voice- and email support and new versions of printed documentations, for a period of 1 year after most recent purchase. This includes new PPK releases as they become available
- Lifetime warranty for hardware (*)
- Replacement of claimed defective goods (this includes mere reprogramming) takes place even before these reach our facility
- Implementation support (assisted programming) included for up to 3 cases/year, for up to 45 hours programming support
- Fee $1,995.- for 1 year contract, or $2,995 /2y.; discounts apply for volume buyers (**)
- Hardware firmware updates included, if remotely possible and device supports it
SUPPORT LEVEL B / Bulk (according to the "industrial price list")
- Delivery of 'hardware only', plus 1 PPK CD-ROM with printed manual
- 90 days warranty for hardware
- Support and software updates on a fee-per-case base, time- and effort dependent
(*) Hardware warranty extended automatically for a period of 3 years after most recent purchase, if annual turnover in ea. year of contract period exceeds $ two thousand. This warranty covers ALL purchased CRYPTO-BOX hardware regardless of purchase date.
(**) If annual paid turnover exceeds USD 20,000 or total accrued turnover of customer exceeds $ 50,000, a discount of 50% applies to that fee.
