MARX Software Security GmbH contributes to the World War II forced labor convicts fund

Germany suffered much from World War II and in rebuilding their nation Germans have sometimes forgotten that Germany has not yet compensated the forced labor convicts of Hitler's Third Reich. Now German industry wants to show their good will in overcoming the dark side of their history.

MARX Software Security GmbH in Wackerstein, close to the industry site of Ingolstadt, has joined in the German effort to compensate Hitler's former slaves.

'Despite the fact that we started our company in 1985, and the founders were born after 1955, we would like to contribute to the other, the new image of the German entrepreneurs,' Philipp Marx, CEO of MARX Software Security GmbH, points out 'During the bad years after war and the following economic boom years German industry has forgotten about the millions of workers from the former USSR, Poland, France, Czechia, Slovakia, and other countries. After the opening of the Iron Curtain these people desperately need our help, and at least a symbol of German good will.'

Between 1943 to 1945 the Nazis could sustain Word War II only by replacing the skilled German workers who had been send off as soldiers by a foreign work force brought to Germany and employed in agriculture and industry by force. These people had to work as slaves under desolate conditions. After war they could return to their home countries, but it took a very long time the German industry started to think about work compensation and the legacy of the Third Reich.

Most mayor German companies who benefited from the forced labor by foreign workers, still refuse to pay compensations, despite pretty good annual income situations after tax.

'We do a lot of international business, and we have offices in Slovakia, in Ukraine, in the French speaking part of Europe, and in United States,' says Romy Marx, president of the American branch MARX Software Security in Atlanta, Georgia. 'In the US the idea of helping and contributing for a good cause is much stronger than in Europe. It looks like most Germans forgot about the Marshall plan after World War II, the CARE parcels, and the Berlin airlift. Now it is the German part to pay back. Let's just do it with the compensation of the forced labor workers.'

MARX Software Security GmbH supports the Border Sheriffs Association

Border Sheriffs is raising funds to help Sheriffs such as Cochise County's Larry Dever have a voice in the lawsuits filed by the Federal Government to prevent our Sheriffs from enforcing the law they are sworn to enforce. They also need our help to defend themselves against lawsuits from the ACLU and more than a dozen other open border activists who don't want to see SB 1070 enforced. Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, a strong supporter of the Sheriff's right to enforce immigration laws, is also working tirelessly for this effort as his office faces the same litigation.

The scope and cost of this litigation is well beyond the resources available to Sheriff Larry Dever and other border sheriffs. Please help us level the scales of justice and help law enforcement stand up to the Federal Government, the ACLU and the open borders crowd in court.

We are disappointed in the lawsuits brought by the ACLU and the US Department of Justice against Sheriffs Babeu, Dever and the state of Arizona. The Sheriffs need financial resources to engage lawyers who believe in SB 1070 to make their best arguments for them. Border Sheriffs was formed to provide this support, but needs donations from people passionate about the issue in order to do so. Your donations through BorderSheriffs.com will be used to pay for the legal defense of SB1070 on behalf of Pinal County Sheriff Babeu, and Cochise County Sheriff Dever.
